Some Adjustments
To keep our promise of free shipping on all orders worldwide, we have to carefully balance our products' weights and prices. To make the most of shipping costs, we've decided to add 10 mL more ink to your Signature Troublemaker colors and doubling the volume of the Streets colors. Not to worry—the price remains the same on a per mL basis and on some colors, it's actually lowered. The price per volume on our inks are still very competitive especially considering the assurance of free shipping as well as their handcrafted nature.

This is one of the things we're streamlining in the ink-making process as we dedicate 100% of our time to our craft (until now, Troublemaker Inks has been a part-time affair). Ideally, this means shorter fulfillment periods on orders, faster replies to emails, and better quality control. We'll see in the following months.
